Who we are

timlittletech LLC ("TimLittleTech," "we," "us") is a consulting practice based in San Luis Obispo, CA. We help small and mid-sized businesses with monday.com, Make.com, and AI automation. This policy covers timlittletech.com and the email, text, and phone conversations that start from it.

The short version: we collect the contact details you give us so we can respond and do the work you ask for. We share them only with the vendors who help us run the business. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, company, and anything you write when you email, text, call, or fill out a form on this site.
• Bookings. When you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you add.
• Text messages. Your mobile number, the messages we exchange, and a record of your consent (when and how you opted in).
• Phone calls. Your number and the time of the call. If you leave a voicemail, we keep the recording and a written transcript so we can respond.
• Server logs. Your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect payment details on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and deliver what you asked for.
• To schedule and hold calls with you.
• To provide services to clients under a signed agreement.
• To reply to texts you send us, and to send emails you opted into. You can stop either at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of vendors to run the business, and each one sees only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google Workspace runs our email.
• Missive is the inbox where we read and reply to your emails and texts.
• Twilio delivers our text messages and phone calls.
• monday.com and Make track inquiries, support requests, and client projects.
• Calendly schedules calls.
• Resend sends emails from this site, such as a guide you requested.
• Supabase stores the content of this site.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Text messaging

We only text people who have texted us first at 805-793-1478, the number published on our contact page. Texts are replies to your questions, call scheduling, and support updates. We do not send marketing texts. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the provider that delivers our messages, and only to send the messages you asked for. Text messaging opt-in data is excluded from every other sharing described in this policy.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our Messaging Terms.

How long we keep it

• Conversations and inquiries: while we are working with you, then up to 24 months for reference.
• Client records: as long as your engagement agreement and the law require.
• Opt-out records: indefinitely, so we never contact you after you ask us to stop.
• Server logs: about 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@timlittletech.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. People in the EU and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a local data protection authority. Information you send us is processed in the United States.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@timlittletech.com and we will delete it.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted, our vendors encrypt stored data, and access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes

When we update this policy we change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell the people it affects before it takes effect.
